Simon Griffiths has been a leading figure in the multi-disciplinary real estate practice CBRE Cambodia for the last five years, and has been involved in the highest profile developments in Phnom Penh and Cambodia. More widely, Simon benefits from over 10 years’ experience in real estate, property management, and property development in Cambodia and the UK. Simon holds the position of Senior Associate Director at CBRE Cambodia and works across multiple sectors including land and property valuation, research, consultancy, feasibility, asset management, and commercial leasing. Simon was a Senior Surveyor at Gordon Ingram Associates (London, England) from Jan 2007 – 2009 as a Planning and Development Consultant optimizing landmark developments such as The Shard, Battersea Power Station, Chelsea Barracks, and Hyde Park No. 1. In addition to these professional roles, Simon is Chairman of the European Chamber of Commerce (Cambodia) – Real Estate and Construction Committee 2013 – 2014 and is also active in a wide range of advocacy projects with the Royal Government of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
