RWC WA agents Brett Wilkins and Andrew Woodley-Page market a significant Perth CBD development at 30 Beaufort Street Perth for sale.
A significant Perth CBD development has hit the market with RWC WA marketing agents Brett Wilkins and Andrew Woodley-Page.
Located at 30 Beaufort Street, the 9,579sqm site is being sold by Mr Wilkins and Mr Woodley-Page on behalf of their vendors, World Trade Center Perth (Beaufort Street) Pty Ltd.
“This property is steeped in history as long as I can remember,” Mr Wilkins said.
“It was the site of the first multi-story car park in Perth and then it became a Myer Megamart centre.
“It was purchased for World Trade Centre development, but plans for the owners have changed so now they have decided to sell.
“The previous owners, ICD Property and EF Funds, announced plans in 2016 for a twin residential tower development with over 1000 units plus an International hotel.”
Mr Woodley-Page said the property would suit a developer wanting to build a variety of asset classes in a significant way, including but not limited to student accommodation, build-to-rent and build-to-sell.
“This site is one of the most significant in Perth with four street frontages alongside the Perth railway station, and within 100m of the new Edith Cowan University campus under construction and the new Perth Cultural Centre, art Gallery and a lot more,” Mr Woodley-Page said.
