A 77.36 acre Parcel of land on the Hume Motorway earmarked for future employment use in the regional New South Wales’ town of Wilton for sale by Andrew Blake of Knight Frank’s Head of Regional Capital and Agribusiness.
A significant parcel of prime development land located on the Hume Motorway in Wilton, in regional New South Wales, is being offered to the market.
The 77.36 acre parcel at 50 Janderra Lane (18.75 hectares), 10 Emma Lane (23.3 acres) and 10A Emma Lane (35.31 acres) is currently zoned as rural land but has a proposed future employment use within the Wilton 2040 Plan.
It is being taken to the market via a sales campaign run by Andrew Blake of Knight Frank’s Head of Regional Capital and Agribusiness.
Mr Blake said the site was in a strategic location in the rapidly expanding Wilton growth area, just an hour south of Sydney and half an hour northwest of Wollongong.
“It is conveniently located with immediate access to transportation and surrounded by development, making it a noteworthy development location that is likely to experience substantial capital growth,” he said
“The site is earmarked for future employment purposes and upon a likely future rezoning has the potential for development upside of a service station, fast food, aged care, church, industrial or accommodation all subjected to relevant zoning and council approvals.
“The property has excellent positioning with immediate transport access to the Hume Motorway and Picton Road.
“It is in close proximity to the planned Wilton growth hubs and neighbouring $2 billion Wilton Greens ‘mini city’ development, offering excellent exposure to the growing population and expected road infrastructure upgrades.”
Mr Blake said the site was expected to generate interest from developers, owner occupiers and investors looking to secure an excellent land opportunity.
“Given the nature and size of the site, this opportunity would cater to both developers and owner occupiers alike,” he said.
“There is great scope for enterprise development, with the ability to service line haul operations as well as servicing the upcoming Wilton growth centres, subject to council approvals.
“Given current planning and infrastructure upgrades, there is significant uplift to be made in acquiring in the initial phase of this key precinct.”
