“We have had overwhelming interest from across South East Queensland including both local Sunshine Coast and Brisbane buyers,” said RGD Prestige owner Ron Grabbe.
“Seanna Residences is one of the most luxurious developments on the Sunshine Coast and one of the few true beachside sites available.”
Designed by award-winning Sunshine Coast architectural firm O.G.E., the project has been created for owner-occupiers who demand large open plan living spaces, ample storage and quality finishes.
Construction is anticipated to commence on Seanna Residences in early 2020.
Seanna Residences offers 49 three-bedroom residences and 14 two-bedroom residences over eight storeys on an absolute beachfront location with uninterrupted ocean views and direct access to Bokarina Beach.
The development offers a residents’ only podium recreation area with wet-edge pool and swim-up dry spa, a ground floor Seanna Village retail and lifestyle precinct providing restaurants, cafes, boutiques and fresh produce.
The new development is located at the corner of Bokarina Boulevard and Longboard Parade.
