The new development – called Provenance Camberwell – contains three unique collections which range in price from $1.99 million to $3.9 million.
Designed by one of the world’s leading architecture and interior design firms, Elenberg Fraser, Provenance Camberwell contains three unique collections – Botanic, Epicure and Domain.
Nestled in the epicentre of Camberwell, the project is expected to shift Melburnians’ perception of multi-residential living with two penthouses the size of an average house, and eight residences emulating standard penthouse size in Camberwell.

The Botanic collection includes four residences located on the building’s ground floor with courtyard gardens designed by Openwork Landscape Architects.
The Epicure Collection includes four residences located on the middle floor with central kitchens designed to be the focal point of the living zone.
The building’s third floor includes two superior-sized penthouses that form the Domain Collection which have internal dimensions of 244 square metres and 292 square metres respectively, the size of an average home.
Beulah International Executive Director, Adelene Teh, said the project aimed to pay homage to Camberwell’s leafy streets.
“It is important for us to show potential residents that living in an apartment doesn’t have to be a trade-off on space, comfort or security,” Teh said.
“From a double-sided fireplace, separate dining room, expansive balcony, oversized kitchen, safe room and bedrooms with ensuite and walk-in-robe, the penthouses set a new precedent in apartment living.”
With the aim of pioneering the future of multi-residential living, Provenance Camberwell will also incorporate next generation technology to ensure privacy and security.
“We are excited to introduce the concept of exclusive private lifting to future residents,” said Teh.
“Once inside the lift, a private micro lobby removes the need to navigate public spaces, much like living in a house.”
Located at 890 Toorak Road, Camberwell, Provenance Camberwell is situated amongst some of the suburb’s best schools, services and amenities.
It will launch to market in coming months with the onsite display suite available to preview prior to the official launch.
