Crown Group's Infinity development in Sydney is set to offer medical services.
Infinity Health Medical Centre Green Square will complement the planned retail and dining precinct, which will offer more than 20 cafes, bars, restaurants, shops and services.
The $575 million development includes the 20-storey building designed by world-renowned Koichi Takada Architects, on the corner of Botany Road and Bourke Street.
Residents have started to move into the 326 luxury apartments where they will enjoy Crown Group’s signature resort-style facilities including an open-air podium-level pool, a sky lounge and gardens with stunning views all the way to the city.
There is also a spa, gym, sauna, music room with a baby-grand piano and a private cinema. A 90-room boutique hotel is set to open in November.
Infinity Health Medical Centre Green Square will comprise of a dedicated team of healthcare professionals focused on enhancing general health practice with the convenience of onsite services including allied health, physiotherapy and pathology.
Crown Group has also confirmed a handful of new eateries for the precinct, including Nam2, serving pho and authentic Vietnamese food, and the popular bubble tea outlet Gong Cha, which has 600 stores in Asia.

These will add to the new eat street on Ebsworth Street which will be anchored by Makoto Japanese, a sashimi and bento restaurant by Masuya, and Bashan, serving Chinese noodles hand-made on-site in a setting with beautiful interiors by Sydney designers Tom Mark Henry.
Butcher and the Farmer will add an exciting new dining concept called The Marketplace, following their venues at Tramsheds, Forest Lodge, and Meadowbank.
Another key attraction will be Miracle’s flagship Asian supermarket.
The Miracle store will have bespoke interiors designed by The Uncarved Block, who have created iconic spaces at Wagamama, The Galleries food quarter in Sydney and the Melbourne Central food quarter.
Crown Group’s COO of Development, Hotel and Retail, Pierre Abrahamse, said the medical centre would add a critical service to the new community, where residents would have the world at their doorstep.
“The sense of community created by having this vibrant cultural hub in the heart of Infinity by Crown Group has made this Sydney’s most desirable new place to live,” he said.
“Crown Property Agency has already leased out the first 100 apartments in record time and almost all of the apartments we had for sale have been snapped up.
“Creating a self-contained destination for people to eat out, buy groceries and take care of their health and wellbeing, all above a train station just one stop from the city, is such a drawcard for buyers and tenants.”
The development forms part of the $13 billion Green Square transformation that will add a new metro station and aquatic centre to the suburb, in addition to the stunning Green Square library that opened last year.
