Boutique Melbourne residential property developers, Samuel Property, have commenced construction on their near sell-out Hampton residential development.
The first soil has been turned for Samuel Property's near sell-out Hampton residential development in Melbourne.
Figurehead Construction began work on Caspian this week, with construction scheduled for completion in late 2020.
The 18-apartment residential development - which is situated on an expansive corner block at 43 Crisp Street, Hampton - has exceeded sales expectations thanks to buyer demand.
At a glance:
Just over 80 per cent of apartments sold have been purchased by local downsizers from the local Hampton area who appreciated the low maintenance luxury lifestyle offered by Caspian.
Samuel Property collaborated with renowned architects Bayley Ward and landscape designer Jack Merlo to develop the 1650 square metre site into an elegant three-storey building, featuring residences defined by space, light and functionality.
Samuel Property Managing Director Illan Samuel said Caspian was one of the projects he was most proud of.
“Despite the property downturn our team has been able to achieve record sales success for the Hampton area as well as meet every key milestone on time and on budget," he said.
"This translates to great outcomes for our buyers, our project team and the local community.

“The sales success of Caspian has encouraged us to continue to release projects regularly, despite the downturn, and build momentum for our pipeline of upcoming projects in premium Melbourne suburbs, including Edition in Toorak, a land subdivision in Somers and a yet to be announced Brighton development.
Caspian residents will enjoy homes that benefit from an abundance of natural light, French oak flooring, aged brass and natural stone details, generous butler’s pantries, feature lighting and functional courtyard and terrace spaces.
A unique feature of the development is an incorporated private wine room and storage facility in the underground common area.
“Once build has been completed I’m looking forward to celebrating and sharing a glass of wine with our buyers in the private wine room which will become a hub for residents to meet and share a glass or two,” Mr Illan said.
