Sunshine Coast building and development company RGD Group has announced a new $70 million prestige beachfront apartment complex located in the exclusive enclave of Bokarina Beach on the Sunshine Coast.
The Gaelic translation of 'God's gift' is the title for a new $70 million residential and retail property being developed by renowned Sunshine Coast building and development company RGD Group.
Seanna forms part of the $5 billion Bokarina Oceanside premium beachside and lakeside community developed by Australia’s largest community creator, Stockland.
The complex will soon be built on the premier site at Bokarina Beach, with the beach to the east, and open parkland to the north.
It has been designed by Sunshine Coast awarded architectural firm OGE Group as a lifestyle complex with quality retail, dining and a hotel-style lobby on the ground floor and high-end residential apartments above.
The boutique, eight level complex has been conceived with owner-occupiers in mind. Seanna’s three distinct buildings are connected on all levels by landscaped walkways which provide cross ventilation, light, and maximise ocean, coastal headland and parkland views.
Seanna will boast a choice of 56, two and three-bedroom apartments and penthouses with two carparks per apartment and three carparks per ‘Seahome’.
The beachfront apartments enjoy wide frontages and stunning vistas with the 14 three-bedroom premium Seahomes boasting views from Mooloolaba in the north to Caloundra in the south.
A further 28 three-bedroom apartments have views across water or parkland.
Location, spaciousness and luxurious specifications position Seanna apart from any other development in the market.
RGD Group Founder and Director, Ron Grabbe, said Seanna promised to be the premier apartment development on the Sunshine Coast, with the company already received strong interest from primarily local buyers.
“This much sought-after north-eastern site at Bokarina, affords Seanna residents direct beach views and access to the east, along with northerly views across the two-hectare central parkland to Point Cartwright,” he said.
“The kilometres of unspoilt beach and naturally vegetated dunes provide the perfect backdrop for a relaxed, yet sophisticated coastal lifestyle.
The quality architecture will complement the equal quality shopping and dining options below.
"In fact, residents can literally live at the beach.”
The first sales release of apartments in Seanna is scheduled for mid-2019, with completion and opening of the retail precinct and first residents expected by early 2021.
Mr Grabbe said preliminary research had indicated around 80 per cent of prospective buyers will be owner-occupiers, with a mixture of locals looking to upgrade to oceanfront property, downsizers, and people close to retirement.
“The precinct incorporates the Sunshine Coast University Hospital, Sunshine Coast University Private Hospital, and the Sunshine Coast Health Institute, making it Australia's single largest investment in health infrastructure," he said.
