Integrated property group Top Spring Australia has received DA approval for 30 premium residences on the site of the former CWA headquarters.
Sydney eastern suburbs hotspot Elizabeth Bay is set to welcome a new six-storey residential development after integrated property group, Top Spring Australia, received development application (DA) approval from the City of Sydney for a project at the former headquarters of the NSW Country Women's Association.
Located at 11-13 Greenknowe Avenue, Elizabeth Bay, the project will replace the disused building most recently occupied by SHMH Group Australia.
The six-storey residential development will feature 30 luxury one, two and three-bedroom residences, including a penthouse, above a single level basement car park accommodating 31 vehicles.

Top Spring Australia has also recently appointed award-winning Melbourne-based designer, Miriam Fanning, of MIM Design.
The stellar project consultant team also includes Taylor Brammer Landscape Architects, whose design narrative seeks to introduce a natural landscape setting to the surrounding urban environment.
According to Sydney Ma, Director and General Manager of Top Spring Australia, Greenknowe Avenue will also demonstrate the company’s ambition to incorporate the character of the local area into each of their projects.

“Elizabeth Bay is well-known for its stunning architecture, so with our Greenknowe Avenue project, we are committed to delivering an exemplary level of quality and design, while respecting and honouring the distinctive architectural character of the local surroundings,” he said.
“In this context, it will be of utmost importance for us to deliver an outstanding building design that complements Elizabeth Bay, and it’s pleasing to know the City of Sydney approves of our vision.”
Mr Ma said the project is also important because of the limited amount of new residential developments in Elizabeth Bay.
“Elizabeth Bay is a well-established inner-city residential suburb, with a highly desirable harbourside location,” he said.
“While this is a major point of attraction for residents, it also means there are not typically many opportunities for redesigning the suburb’s urban fabric.”
Sales at 11-13 Greenknowe Avenue, Elizabeth Bay are expected to commence in April 2021, with completion slated for 2023.
