According to the Moreton Bay Regional Council, the municipality's population is expected to grow 40 per cent to more than 645,000 by 2036.
In accordance with the State Government’s South East Queensland Regional Plan 2017, Moreton Bay Region is subsequently required to deliver an additional 88,300 dwellings by 2041.

The site at Lot 1366 Ellison Parade, Capestone Estate is being marketed by Tony Williams and Mark Creevey via an expressions of interest campaign closing at 4pm on Wednesday, August 5.
