CBRE Cambodia has become the first real estate services provider to be entrusted with both project sales and property management of an internationally-developed project after being appointed to the Leedon Heights condominium development.

The Leedon Heights Condominium Company is behind the new residential site, which is under construction in the Sen Sok district.

The joint-venture between Cambodian, Singaporean and Taiwanese corporations is set to construct four towers on a 1.5-hectare site for the first phase of development.

Each tower extends to 36 storeys, with the whole project containing a total of 1,190 units.

Ms Ann was joined by Leedon Heights Sales and Marketing Director, Adrel Poh, CBRE Cambodia Director, James Hodge, and CBRE Cambodia Director of Property Management Daniel Davies for a signing ceremony on May 22.
