"Ozone Cronulla sets the bar of luxury living in Cronulla featuring 38 spectacular beachside apartments," said David Highland, Managing Director of Highland Project Marketing.
"These magnificently oversized residences are simply breathtaking.
"With views across the ocean from South Cronulla to North Cronulla beach, each residence offers an elegance and prestige."
Mr Highland said the residences are among a number of luxury developments that Sammut Developments have lead, each of which have offered an unparalleled level of quality, class and sophistication.
Mr Highland said the price was remarkable in that it is the highest recorded price in the area for a unit or a house.
"It is an oversized apartment and will have all the luxury finishes throughout," said Mr Highland to WILLIAMS MEDIA.
"It is central to Cronulla and should be finished in 18 months.
"It was bought by a local client who was down-trading from a waterfront property."
