Australian developer Greaton has completed its first Sydney project, with the Oxford Central mixed-use development in Epping now open for business.
Leading Australian developer, Greaton, is celebrating the completion of its landmark mixed-use Oxford Central project in the north-west Sydney suburb of Epping.
Delivered by construction partner, Ceerose, the project’s twin 17-storey towers feature 251 premium apartments, as well as 292 car spaces and 625 square metres of ground-level retail.
Oxford Central is Greaton’s first completed Sydney project, following the delivery of its inaugural development, West Franklin – a 272-apartment development, also set across two towers in Adelaide’s CBD – in February this year.
Managing Director, Nicho Teng, said Oxford Central’s completion represented an important milestone for the company.
“Oxford Central’s completion marks the first time the people of Sydney are able to see the quality of the product we are capable of delivering,” he said.
“With a number of projects underway in Sydney, it’s an important market for us to showcase our abilities.
“Our objective is to always deliver exceptional places for our residents to live in, and we believe Oxford Central has well and truly achieved this.
“We’re really looking forward to the residents moving in over the coming weeks.”
Mr Teng also acknowledged the exceptional efforts of builder Ceerose in bringing Oxford Central to fruition.
“Ceerose has been an invaluable partner throughout this project and shared our vision from the outset,” he said.
“Their commitment to delivering a high-quality build has ensured we’ve reached this milestone right on schedule.”

Ceerose Managing Director Edward Doueihi, commented on the contribution the project has made to the local area.
“We employed more than 1,700 workers from various trades during the construction process, with approximately 350 workers on site every day that were predominantly from local companies,” he said.
“Ceerose is incredibly proud that our partnership with Greaton provided hundreds of jobs to help stimulate the local economy, whilst supporting one of Epping’s iconic residential projects.
"The high-quality craftmanship of Oxford Central will ensure it is a legacy project for the area."
Soon to become home to an estimated 700 new Epping residents, Oxford Central is situated at the epicentre of the NSW government’s re-development plans for the Epping town centre.
The project was designed by international award-winning architectural practice, Marchese Partners, and resident amenities include an open-air café area and public plaza, surrounded by retained heritage aspects.
Oxford Central’s apartments enjoy panoramic views to the Sydney CBD, North Sydney, Chatswood and the Blue Mountains.
To date, 245 of the development’s 251 apartments have sold, with Greaton’s National Sales and Marketing Manager, Cameron Porter, citing Epping’s connectivity as a key factor for many buyers.
“With Epping Train Station just 150 metres away, Oxford Central residents will be some of the best-connected people in Sydney,” Cameron explained.
“Thanks to the new Sydney Metro North West, our buyers will have access to CBD train services every four minutes during peak periods.
“Also, the M2 motorway is only a few minutes’ drive away, while frequent bus services run along the Epping Road corridor.”
