The new land release at Newbridge South will be home to a 557-lot development.
The popularity of Newbridge Estate in Wallan and the support of the local community has given the green light for Resimax Group to launch a new precinct, Newbridge South.
Located adjacent to Newbridge, Newbridge South has commenced sales, continuing to offer a range of affordable land, and home and land options.
The new land release at Newbridge South will also house a community centre, sporting facilities and a range of pocket parks and wetlands.

Close to the Wallan train station, the freeway interchange and the town centre of Wallan, the development when complete will also feature a sporting precinct next to the Our Lady of the Way Catholic Primary School, which opened in mid-2019.
Resimax CEO and former Olympic champion Steve Hooker said that with the huge success of the first stage, Resimax had been able to reinvest in the community with sponsorship support provided to the local football team and netball teams known as the Wallan Magpies.
Additionally, Resimax sponsors the South Mitchell Neighbourhood Watch as a demonstration of its commitment to the local community and the importance of promoting safety.
“We are really proud to support the local community and our sponsorships of the South Mitchell Neighbourhood Watch and The Wallan Magpies are really important to us,” Hooker said.
“Safety in our developments and surrounding areas is imperative and our partnership with the local Neighbourhood Watch demonstrates our commitment to building safe communities.”
