Architects Ellivo announced the project's next step on social media, along with renders of the building.
Comprising 20 apartments over 8 floors, the site also includes the heritage-listed Thornclyffe homestead.

Brisbane City Council received a development application for a 15-storey, 42-unit complex at 162 Lambert St on October 21 last year, with the proposal provoking a strong reaction from residents.
The tower's curvaceous, screened form acts as a backdrop to the heritage house, and takes advantage of various view corridors from the site to the City, New Farm and Bulimba.
