The Jack's Point residential community in Queenstown, New Zealand is set to be marketed for sale through CBRE.
One of Queenstown's designated growth zones will hit the market this week, as the campaign for the sale of Jack's Point village commences.
Comprising 10 mixed-use bulk lots ranging from 0.48-1.7 hectares, the residential community is situated alongside Lake Tewa, which boasts an 18-hole championship golf course (world ranked top 100 by Golf Digest), as well as 25 kilometres of mountain bike and walking trails.
According to CBRE, which is managing the marketing campaign, the village will become "the primary commercial hub for the area and will ultimately service an immediate adjacent population of over 8,000".
"Both visitor and population growth continue to surpass expectations, and the district requires continued investment to accommodate this growth," CBRE said.
"The development of Jack’s Point is central to achieving this and is of great importance to Queenstown."

Jack’s Point was conceived and has been nurtured for over 20 years by the international master-planning practice, Darby Partners.
The village is flat, readily buildable land and the overall development plan has been granted consent from the Queenstown Lakes District Council.
The work to reticulate services throughout the village is largely completed and the civil infrastructure stage covering the remainder of the Village is now underway.
The sale of Jack's Point village comes at a time of growth for Queenstown.
Data from CBRE indicates the town's resident population increased to 39,200 in 2018, representing an annual growth of 5.7 per cent, compared to New Zealand’s 1.7 per cent.
Queenstown Lakes District Council’s further project a population estimation of 56,400 by 2028.
In terms of visitors to the area, total passenger numbers have increased by 160 per cent from 2010 to February 2019.
CBRE said visitation to Queenstown had been dominated by the Free and Independent Traveller (FIT) segment, which together with conference and
incentive demand, had produced higher yields than other market segments.
Jack's Point Village is being sold as a freehold site via a two-stage expression of interest campaign, the first of which closes Thursday, September 19 at 4pm.
The lots that make up the village can be purchased individually or in a line.
