Construction will soon commence on a Metricon Signature Riviera show home at Johnson Property Group’s Trinity Point project on Lake Macquarie.
Work will begin next month on a modern five-bedroom, double storey Riviera from Metricon’s Signature range at Johnson Property Group’s Trinity Point project on Lake Macquarie.
Developed in conjunction with JPG, The Riviera at Trinity Point will be Metricon’s fourth Signature display home in NSW,
Metricon NSW General Manager Luke Fryer said that joining forces with JPG to bring the Riviera to Trinity Point was a perfect fit.
“We’ve been looking for the right opportunity to introduce the Riviera to NSW, and JPG’s Trinity Point development presented the perfect location and backdrop to show this modern masterpiece,” he said.
“We launched the Riviera 12 months ago on the tranquil waters of the Gold Coast, and since opening we’ve had an overwhelming response to the property, people are simply blown away by the home.
Trinity Point – a $388-million development project that has had the patronage of Jennifer Hawkins and Michael Clarke as past ambassadors- incorporates a 188-berth marina, 250 luxury apartments and a Pullman Hotel.
Land for luxury homes at the project is also up for grabs.
The first stage of the Trinity Point Marina opened in April and a 120-seat restaurant is under construction due to be opened later this year.
JPG’s CEO Keith Johnson said Metricon’s Riviera demonstrated the level of premium waterfront lifestyle available at Trinity Point.
"It's a spectacular luxury home that embodies high-end living," he said.
“We’re creating the kind of luxury development that has been missing from this stretch of the central coast until now.
"Partnering with Metricon to build the Riviera here will set a benchmark for what people who are looking for a Trinity Point lifestyle can expect.”
Whilst the housing market in 2019 has been the topic of much speculation, Mr Fryer said demand for quality homes in desirable locations remained strong.
“Beyond fresh projects like Trinity Point, we’re seeing a lot of interest in knockdown rebuilds," he said.
This is a great option for people who love the area they live in, but want a more contemporary home to meet their lifestyle needs. They have their dream location but need their dream home.
“A large portion of our homes in NSW are knock down rebuild projects, in and around metropolitan Sydney and also coastal areas outside of the greater Sydney region, with these people having built up equity in their homes and not facing the same restrictions as other categories of buyers."
