A 10.7 hectare residential development site in the south-eastern Perth suburb of Haynes in Western Australia is being sold by Knight Frank.
The sale of a 10.7 hectare site at Haynes, Western Australia forms part of the "rapid residential development" happening within the area, according to Knight Frank.
Two large greenfields opposite the Coles-anchored Haynes Shopping Centre are being sold by the agency, with the property covering two individual lots at 6 & 22 Wollaston Ave.
The site had a subdivision approval in place for 164 residential, ranging in size from 182-593 square metres.

“The City of Armadale has forecast to have a population of almost 145,000 residents by 2036 and it is recognized as one of the most affordable areas in Perth for new home buyers.”
Mr Delich said the property would be sold by Offers to Purchase closing on March 13, 2019.
