Beachfront property sold adjacent to $1 billion Jewel development
Knight Frank has announced the sale of a beachfront property directly adjacent to Yuhu Group's $1 billion Jewel development on the Gold Coast.

The $1 billion Jewel development is not the only Surfers Paradise address to experience buyer interest this year, with Knight Frank announcing the sale of a neighbouring beachfront property.
Positioned directly adjacent to the Yuhu Group project, 2 Wharf Road is a two-bedroom, one-bathroom house on 236 square metres of land.
According to Knight Frank, the property was marketed through a international cross-border approach, which utilised the agency's resources throughout South East Asia.
The sale was conducted by Knight Frank Commercial Sales Director James Branch and Knight Frank Gold Coast Joint Director Mark Witheriff, with involvement from Knight Frank Asian Market Head Dominic Ong.
The property was sold for an undisclosed amount.
