Thirteen waterfront villas will be constructed as part of the $225 million Cova community at Hope Island.
Called Cova Boathouse Villas, Frasers Property Australia’s General Manager Residential Queensland, Cameron Leggatt, says the development is "sure to capture the market's attention".

The development is expected to meet the area's growing demand as buyers look to grab some of the last new waterfront properties available in the rapidly growing Hope Island area.
Designed to maximise family living, Mr Leggatt told WILLIAMS MEDIA the Cova Boathouse Villas are being bought forward to the market off the back of the sell-out of 15 Cova Promenade Waterfront Villas, which are currently under construction.

The Boathouse Villas start from $599,000, while villa and marina packages start at $635,750.
