The Lion City is often called the gateway to Asia for its position as a transportation hub on many global sea and air routes. With English widely spoken, a year-round tropical climate, and with high rankings in employment, education, and lifestyle it’s no surprise that Singapore topped HSBC's annual Expat Explorer survey of best expatriate destinations in 2016 for the second year running. RE Talk Asia has compiled some information to help people looking to invest in property in Singapore.
