Central Element (CE) has lodged a Development Application (DA) for its latest Bondi Beach site at 46 and 48-50 Lamrock Avenue. Following the acquisition of this premium 1,200sqm landholding, the project is poised to redefine coastal luxury with a meticulously curated collection of nine exclusive residences with an end value of $100 million.

Designed by MHN Design Union (MHNDU), with landscaping by Dangar Barin Smith, the development will provide a contemporary five-storey residential building comprising of nine residences.
