Following the acquisition of this premium 1,200sqm landholding, the project is poised to redefine coastal luxury with a meticulously curated collection of nine exclusive residences with an end value of $100 million.
Designed by MHN Design Union (MHNDU), with landscaping by Dangar Barin Smith, the development will provide a contemporary five-storey residential building comprising of nine residences. This includes two two-bedroom residences, six three-bedroom residences and one four-bedroom penthouse. The lower ground floor will accommodate fifteen car spaces, ensuring convenience for future residents.
