Savills Australia and New Zealand has expanded its national Valuations team with a strategic focus on enhancing its residential service offering, bolstering the team with key appointments and internal promotions across its Sydney and Melbourne teams.
Ben Toole has joined as Director in the Sydney office, bringing over 25 years of experience in the valuation industry advising major banking institutions, non-bank financial institutions, national property developers, and government entities. Most recently, Ben was a Director in the Residential Development team at M3property Sydney, providing valuation and consultancy services for residential and mixed-use development sites across metropolitan Sydney, NSW, and Canberra.
Ben’s appointment follows the addition of Tommy Christian, Director, Valuations and Advisory with a focus on the Living sector, and the return of Monique Bird to the Sydney team, strengthening Savills’ presence in the Sydney residential valuations market.
In Melbourne, Chris Pulvirenti has been promoted to National Director following 13 years with the agency, playing a pivotal role in the expansion of the firm’s residential service offering nationally. His leadership has been instrumental in Savills’ collaboration with the Living Sectors team on Build to Rent advisory services.
Additionally, Tim Williamson has been promoted to Director, Valuations and Advisory, in recognition of his contributions to the team’s growth and expertise.
Joe Phegan, National Head of Valuations and Advisory, Savills Australia and New Zealand, commented on the expansion, “The continued growth of our national Valuations team, particularly within the residential sector, is a testament to our commitment to providing clients with market-leading insights and expertise.
“The addition of industry leaders like Ben and Tommy, combined with the promotions of Chris and Tim, strengthens our capabilities and ensures we can deliver best-in-class valuation services across key markets.
“As demand for residential and mixed-use valuations continues to rise, these appointments position our team to meet the evolving needs of our clients and the market,” Mr Phegan concluded.
