Elwood is an exclusive gated community located on a prime 34,200sqm site at 9 Light Horse Court, Mango Hill, nestled by a tranquil nature reserve.
The project is currently selling, with stage 1 sold out.
Once complete, Elwood will comprise 68 terraces and includes a mix of 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom, and 2-car; 3-bedroom plus MPR, 2.5-bathroom, and 1-car; 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom, 1 or 1+1-car; and 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathrrom, and 2-car.
The Mango Hill market is made up of established, detached housing with limited supply, seeking greater interest from investors given the increase in infrastructure, access to amenity and connectivity to the north.
