Prioritising community connections, the development will include collaborations with various local designers and creators.
Each residence is appointed with Mark Douglass hand-blown glass pendant lights, Adadaz stained glass windows, Wood Melbourne brass bathroom fittings while the entry door to each apartment will feature a number sign designed by font designer Stephen Banham.
Excelon’s previous projects including Clyde Mews in Thornbury and Lothian Street in North Melbourne.
Director of Excelon Kelvin Taing said prospective buyers were increasingly interested in the sustainability and community-minded credentials of new developments.
“We found, with the success of the Clyde Mews project, that purchasers were asking after two things: how is the project sustainable, and how the design will encourage a sense of community?” Taing said.
“We designed Two Eleven Sydney Road with these two key deliverables in mind.”
Sitting along Brunswick’s bustling Sydney Road, residents will enjoy local amenity unlike any other.
Transport to the city is right outside the door while shopping is close by at Barkley Square shopping centre which includes both a Coles and Woolworths supermarkets.
Residents will also be close to Royal Park, Princes Park and the Melbourne Zoo.
